Rightmove has released a list of the top property hotspots in Surrey, which had an increase of 19.55 percent for average selling prices last year.

Goldming, Cobham, Epsom and Bethcworth are amongst the top rated, with Surrey rating well overall with its closeness to London and leafy suburbs, quiet towns and wide open spaces.

With property prices set to rise and and the forecast looking great for 2021, there couldn’t be a better time to get your property listed for sale.
