My experience of Darren Bainbridge could not be more different. He was professional, helpful and extremely polite. The other review sounds like someone upset their property didn’t sell. Not the agents fault. We were very happy with all our dealings with Edward Barclay and have referred our friends on to them without hesitation.

After a trying move day, I am happy I moved into one of the property's managed by Edward Barclay, I was very pleased with the way they responded to all my requests and issues. They were immediately on the case with a drain issue I had the first week I moved in, and are always very friendly when popping in for one of their regular inspections. Overall I would call them knowledgeable, organised & friendly.
